What is a good relationship with food?! – the fuck it diet®

Soooo much of The F*ck It Food plan journey is about healing our partnership with meals, so we can have a “good” partnership with foodstuff. But…. what is a good partnership with foodstuff!?!?!

A excellent romantic relationship with food items means you can take it easy around food items, eat without worry or worry, and actually enjoy your meals. 

It usually means you are out of the diet / binge cycle, and can try to eat freely, have confidence in your cravings, have faith in your hunger, and eat carbs, fats, and protein without overthinking any of it.

You really do not depend calories or macros, and you do not fret about consuming “too a great deal meals,” you just consume. When you do consume “too much food” and get uncomfortably full, you know it’s a-okay, and your human body can take care of it. Probably you have been extra hungry, possibly you had some restrictive views that led to a binge, but either way, you can just return to small business and taking in as standard. No strain or stress or repenting needs. 

The a lot more you mend your romantic relationship with meals, the much more your food stuff selections will stem from how it will really feel, and not from what you consider you really should consume. 

A good partnership with food is not about manipulating your physique, or forcing you to eliminate pounds, but in its place attempting to nourish and assist your overall body so you have the electricity you want, and so your human body features its best.

Is this genuinely doable for every person?!?!?!

I believe sure. And I have seen it take place over and around and more than all over again with persons who were positive they were being a dropped lead to.

I know that “a superior relationship with food” would seem like a fantasy to most people today who are trapped in the diet program-binge cycle, consistently pondering about foodstuff, feeling starving, and confident they are a food addict, or believing that if they don’t micromanage their food items and their physique, anything will fall aside.
