The Greenway hosts free and open up exercise classes by the summer season for people of all health and fitness talents.

Every weekday this summertime, the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy hosts free of charge health lessons at various spots along the Greenway. There are also some Saturday and Sunday classes, and fitness alternatives incorporate yoga, HIIT, Zumba, bodyweight circuit, and labyrinth strolling, offered by health and fitness studios throughout the metropolis.

Lessons are put on by companies like Healthworks, B/Spoke Studios, and Parkour Generations Boston. Agenda highlights include HIIT courses by Healthworks on Mondays, intro to parkour lessons on Tuesdays, Prepare X by B/Spoke on Wednesdays, and gentle and Vinyasa yoga on Thursdays. There are even labyrinth going for walks classes some Wednesdays at Armenian Heritage Park.

The Greenway also hosts a lineup of a person-time conditioning functions, like a pop-up parkour playground on Aug. 27 with Parkour Generations, and an all-degrees yoga class on Aug. 6.
